**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer

**Reports To**: Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Director

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Support**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design and produce graphics for blog posts, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand and align with the company's visual identity.
- **Asset Management**:

- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for the team.
- Prepare and export design files in appropriate formats for various platforms and media.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and proofread designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- **Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance the quality of work.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in managing design project timelines and deadlines.
- Support the team with any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, internships, or freelance work.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative solutions.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of web design principles and familiarity with tools like Sketch or Figma is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their design specifications.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

Pay: ₹10,078.04 - ₹25,179.87 per month
