- Job Description-
- Must Have- We are looking to hire a junior Graphic Designer to join our Design team. As a junior graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating layouts, templates, banners, screens, backgrounds, image manipulations and 2D assets. To ensure success in this role, you should have knowledge in Adobe tools, be able to collaborate with leads, estimate and deliver accordingly. Fine arts background would be an advantage.
The Job entails the following but not limited to:

- Develop style guide
- Create illustrations/assets to be stored in library and used in design collaterals
- Work with creative team, to select specific images, assets from library or stock and create designs based on requirement
- Use color theory to communicate with users through appealing color schemes in visual interfaces
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
- Key Skills:Adobe XD- Key Skills 2: Illustrator- Good to have- Job Specification:

- Education: Graduate/ Diploma /BSc/ BCA with good quantitative abilities
- Work environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working Model

Who are we looking for?
- Must have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Must have a strong portfolio of sample projects
- Possess knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-design and Adobe Illustrator,
- Must have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Must be organized and can prioritize effectively
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Location: This position will be based out of India, Bangalore and will involve minimum travel
