**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with senior designers and other departments to create visual concepts that communicate ideas, engage audiences, and elevate our brand identity. You will work on a variety of design projects, including digital and print media, and gain valuable hands-on experience while developing your skills in graphic design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, websites, social media content, and more.
- Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with senior designers to refine designs and ensure high-quality production.
- Create mock-ups, prototypes, and layouts for internal and external presentations.
- Maintain consistency in design across various platforms and materials.
- Support the design team with various design tasks, including image editing, file preparation, and asset organization.
- Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for design projects.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PREMIERE PRO, ANIMATE, CorelDraw, etc.).
- Basic understanding of web design principles, and design for social media.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design skills and previous projects (personal or professional).
- Ability to take direction and feedback and implement changes effectively.
- A passion for design and continuous learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with brand strategy and design systems.
