Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
- Assist in the development and execution of brand identity and style guidelines.
- Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements using graphic design software.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand image and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Assist in the production and printing process of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects are completed within deadlines.
- Provide support in maintaining and organizing the design department's digital assets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
