**Role**:
We are hiring a** Junior Graphic Designer** to join our growing team You will facilitate the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that bring marketing strategies from concept to completion.

This position requires specialized knowledge of methods and techniques for graphic design and layout. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of sales and marketing collateral as well as marketing campaign development and execution. The new hire for this role will also be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and ongoing development of the corporate website, and creative design of all company communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Senior Designer to develop and ensure a consistent visual brand.
- Develop world-class Sales and Marketing collateral.
- Design Industry Case Studies.
- Build Sell Sheets and other Sales Collateral.
- Design all presentations (i.e. for speaking opportunities, sales pitches).
- Assist with the design of important end of campaign reports for key customers.

**Skills**:

- A post-graduate degree or diploma in a design-related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with digital, print and graphic design, including digital and mobile marketing design assets.
- Strong track record of success.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (**Photoshop is the priority** & illustrator is optional)
- Understanding of colour theory, engagement marketing and strategic communications.
- A strong portfolio of samples demonstrating successful design projects spanning the design cycle.
- Experience with design materials.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to function within, and support, a team environment to build strong working relationships.

**Nice to have**:
Experience working with and managing design agencies or other vendors.
