**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer (Photoshop/Illustrator + AI Tools)

**Location**: Bangalore

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Graphic Designer** with hands-on experience in **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator**, and familiarity with **AI-based design/document creation tools**. The role involves supporting the design team in creating marketing materials, documents, and visual assets that align with our brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit visual designs using **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator**.
- Assist in preparing **presentations, proposals, and documents** with design elements.
- Utilize **AI tools** to speed up design workflows and generate creative concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator**.
- Familiarity with **AI-based design/document tools** (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT for content structuring, etc.).
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience in designing marketing collaterals, infographics, or social media creatives.
