**Junior Graphic Designer Job Description**

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our agency’s projects. Your creative flair and technical skills will contribute to captivating designs across various media platforms. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualization and Design:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements.
- Create engaging visuals, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
- Shape the visual aspects of websites, product packaging, books, magazines, and exhibitions.

**2. Design Execution**:

- Develop rough drafts and present design ideas.
- Use design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop) to create high-quality graphics.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.
- Incorporate feedback and amend designs as needed.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Test graphics across various media to ensure optimal display.
- Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.

**Requirements and Skills**:
**Proven Experience**:

- Demonstrated graphic designing experience through a strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics.

Technical Proficiency:

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop).

Aesthetic Sensibility:

- A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Effective Communication:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

**Education**:

- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
