Welcome guests during check-in and give a fond farewell to guests while checkout.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures.
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Must have good knowledge of OTA’s extranet and their functions.
- Manage rates and inventory on OTA’s and other channels.
- GRE is responsible for keeping accurate records about customer bookings.
- Regular payments follow up with Guests/Travel Agents and internal accounts department.
- Maintain daily reservation record and preparing daily booking reports hotel wise.
- Should have good written and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
