Site Supervisor

**Immediate Requirement of a civil engineer for the construction company in Goa.**

**Experience** : 2-3 Years Working Exp.

**Education Qualification**: - B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma holder (Civil)
- Preferences: Experience in Building Construction & Finishing

Work.

**Overall Job Purpose and Responsibilities : -**
- To coordinate with project managers, architects & consulting engineers and plan the

work program.
- Work closely with architects, site engineers and contractors.
- To regularly visit the site.
- To supervise workers, subcontractors, and work activities.
- To help coordinate deliveries of materials, plants, and equipment at the

site.
- To resolve site problems and implement improvements.
- To manage site safety hazards. Ensuring appropriate site rules and

welfare facilities are in place at the site.
- To keep proper record of material being brought at the site and to

Intimate the Head Office for the required material in advance.
- To Organize and oversee external inspections, such as with a health and

safety inspector.
- To maintain measurement books for the work being carried out by the

vendor/ sub-contractor and check their bills.
- To supervise site and will be Responsible for End - End Coordination
- Responsible for complete Site Execution and strong knowledge of the

same.
- To Finalize BOQ/ Estimation sheet for new project and prepare project

estimation etc.
- To coordinate with Project Manager for finalization of vendor / Sub
- contractor

- A positive attitude.
- Confident and competent to represent company’s profile with clients/community/professionals
- Should be loyal & dedicated towards the organization.
- The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce.
- Able to understand labour laws, knowledge of Government laws and policies related to labour and construction industry.
- The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.
- Must have complete knowledge of latest trends/ materials in the market.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pernem, North Goa - 403513, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
