
Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort, coordinating between housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and other departments.
- Train, supervise, and mentor front office staff to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and consistent service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain records, manage billing and accounts, and ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and amenities ensuring readiness and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve occupancy targets and promote resort services.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being.
- Ensure smooth coordination during events, conferences, or high-volume seasons.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., WINHMS, WINCLOUD, or similar).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and guest preferences is a plus.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
