**Job Title: Account Opening Executive - Sales**

**Job Description:Account Opening Executive roles and responsibilities**:
1. Acquisition of new clients by opening trading and demat accounts with our preferred broker partners

2. Will be responsible to map potential customers and existing clients for referrals to generate sales leads.

3. Document collections, KYC and other verification.

4. 6 months to 3 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm/BFSI.

5. **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

6. **Pipeline Management**:Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of client interactions and progress.

7. **Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

8. **Collaboration**:Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Sales executive skills and mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and tools.

**CTC Offered**:

- Salary depends on Experience & Interview, Plus Incentives
- Upon consistent performance, an employee can earn up to 40-75% of Salary as their monthly incentive
