**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Open and activate Demat accounts for new clients.

Assist clients with long-term investment planning and mutual fund selections.

Resolve client queries related to Demat accounts, mutual funds, and trading activities.

Conduct regular follow-ups for trading activities and investment account updates.

Navigate and guide clients on algorithm-based trading platforms managed by fund managers.

Ensure consistent activation of new accounts and maintain regular communication with clients.

Maintain accurate client records and transaction histories.

Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of Demat accounts, mutual funds, trading platforms, and investment planning.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups efficiently.

Good analytical skills to interpret trading and investment data.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields.

1 to 5 years of experience in investment advisory, stock trading, or mutual fund services.

Prior experience with Demat account management and trading support will be preferred.
