Experience : 1 to 3 Years in Stock Broking / NBFC

Position **:Digital Caller (Demat Account Opening)**

Job Location: Fort

**Job Role**:

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Target driven
- Will be responsible for Business Development through online &; offline selling of Demat A/C and Acquisition of clients.
- Responsible for Product Penetration through effective selling of Equity, and other asset classes.
- Attending queries of old and new customers through digital platforms such as linkedin, Instagram, twitter, facebook, etc.
- Understanding customer requirements and pitching the product.
- Briefing about the product (Account Opening, Subscription, Mutual funds, stocks, SIP, etc.) to Customers
- Data updation of the calls received in CRM
- Adherence to the customer support processes and policies
- Resolving customer complaints within TAT
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for the team
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
