**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and executive support to Department Head.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and general office supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and schedules.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally.
**Qualification**:
**Preferred Experience**:
- Prior experience supporting senior management or handling office administration.
- Experience in coordinating across teams and managing day-to-day office operations.
