We are looking for a Global Talent Scout (GTS) - Digital & Technology to join our Talent Acquisition team at AstraZeneca. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented global team that's powering AstraZeneca to better serve patients, every day. The GTS is a member of AstraZeneca's industry leading talent scouting team, reporting to the Global Talent Scout & Capability Lead. As a Global Talent Scout, you will be akin to an in-house Head-hunter, responsible for creating business critical, senior level and niche external talent pools. This role is based on business need and linked to overall business strategy. You will have the ability to work at senior levels in the organisation to engage, inspire, persuade, and influence.

**Accountabilities**:
**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience of working as an internal talent scout or as a head-hunter/senior Researcher/Executive Search Consultant and/or significant digital/technology talent acquisition experience
- Confirmed Capability Area experience, with established talent network
- Experience of using digital tools to source, engage and lead talent/clients.
- Strong business/pharma industry acumen
- Talent Acquisition Partnering & Expertise
- Impact & Influence
- Talent Pipeline Building and Talent Championing
- Learning Agility

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Business Degree or equivalent
- Good overview of the drug development and commercialisation process
