We are looking for an Executive Global Talent Scout (GTS) - Digital & Technology to join our Talent Acquisition team at AstraZeneca. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated global team that's powering AstraZeneca to better serve patients, every day. The GTS is a member of AstraZeneca's industry leading talent scouting team, reporting to the Global Talent Scout & Capability Lead. With a proven background in executive search, the GTS will develop strategic senior talent pools aligned with business goals. This role involves collaboration with business and HR leaders to devise both internal and external talent sourcing strategies.

**Accountabilities**:
Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10 years’ relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Significant experience in internal talent scouting or executive search.
- Expertise in specific digital and/or technology capability areas
- Proficient in digital talent sourcing and management tools.
- Adaptability within fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Established network within relevant capability areas.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Multilingual skills.
- Understanding of drug development and commercialization.
