**Job Title: Customer Care Associate (Air Conditioning)**

Reports to: Director

Location: Mohali

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Respond to customer calls, take notes, and update OEM software.

2. Assign jobs to technicians and ensure timely completion.

3. Take feedback from customers and update in the software.

4. Generate reports and analyze customer interactions.

5. Conduct happy calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Proactively reach out to customers for annual maintenance contract renewal post-warranty period.

7. Maintain accurate records and updates in the software.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication - Hindi/Punjabi/English and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in similar profile is essential
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-centric approach
