BPO-Customer Care Associate (Mohali)-International Voice/Non-voice Process

**Work Location**: Mohali /Chandigarh

**Shifts**: Rotational shifts

**Salary
- Upto 30 K CTC**

Job Responsibilities and Skills:

- BPO/Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focused approach.
- Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

QUALIFICATION: GRADUTATE (ANY DEGREE) AND 12TH PASS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
