**Customer Care Executive**

**Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 + ₹200 to ₹900/day Incentives + Excellent Benefits + Conveyance Allowance + Cab Service Provided**

**Location: Sector 74, Mohali (Cab service available for Kharar and Landran areas)**

**Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM (1:10-hour break)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to generate new leads.
- Create high-quality leads following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize effective rebuttal techniques to handle customer inquiries.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of product scripts and rebuttals for efficient lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with fluent English or experience Customer care advisor
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability and quick learning attributes.
- Composed and enthusiastic communication style.
