**About the Role**:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Care Associates** for a **UK shift (monthly rotational)** in a product-based company. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve product or service-related queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective support
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in **UK shifts with monthly rotational schedule**:

- Prior customer support/BPO experience is an advantage (freshers welcome)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems preferred
