**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Bookkeeper Accountant** (2-5 years) to manage and oversee our company’s day-to-day financial transactions. The role requires a meticulous professional who is proficient in bookkeeping and accounting principles, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Record Management**:

- Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate financial data.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts regularly.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Issue invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- **Payroll and Compliance**:

- Manage payroll calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- **Tax and Audit Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with auditors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper or CPA is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally ERP).
- Advanced Excel skills, Google Sheets. (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- **Key Attributes**:

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential data responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
