**Job Title**: Billing Import Executive

**Location**: Thum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices for imported goods.
- Collect and verify billing information from various departments.
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating account information as needed.
- Assist in the development and improvement of billing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using billing software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
