**What You’ll Do**:
As an Business Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our business expansion, responsible for:
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and engage with potential clients through innovative strategies, research, and networking.
- **Relationship Building**:Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our IT solutions as the perfect fit.
- **Sales & Marketing**:Craft compelling pitches, deliver persuasive presentations, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of our IT development and services.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine your approach and contribute innovative ideas for business growth.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with our dynamic business and technical teams to align on strategies and tailor solutions that meet client needs.

- A graduate with relevant experience / early career professional with a passion for technology and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: BTech/B.Tech with MBA /MBA in Marketing / Business Development
- 0.5 to 1 year experience in IT services/business development preferred
- Freshers with internship or certification in sales/marketing will also be considered
Job Location: Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala
Notice period - Immediate to 15 days preferred
