**Who We’re Looking For**

We are seeking a **mature, well-spoken woman (age 30+)** with a natural ability to build rapport and handle high-value clients with poise. This role is ideal for someone who presents herself well, communicates with clarity and elegance, and believes in quality over sales pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with **inbound client enquiries** (no cold calling).
- Provide **clear, confident communication** about project features, sustainability highlights, pricing, and location.
- **Follow up thoughtfully** — focus on relationship-building, not pushy sales.
- **Coordinate site visits** and assist clients during their visit to the property.
- Work alongside our team to **support the sales process** (initial training and support will be provided).
- Keep records of interactions and status updates using basic CRM tools.
- **Woman aged 30 or above**, mature in attitude and professional in appearance.
- Excellent **spoken Malayalam and English** communication skills.
- **Naturally warm, composed, and professional** in handling client interactions.
- Prior experience in real estate/customer relations is a plus.
- Background in **Civil Engineering or Architecture** is an added advantage.
- Must value **respect, professionalism, and client trust** over aggressive sales tactics.
