**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:

- Billing Duties**:

- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
- Ensure all billing data is up-to-date and accurate in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or client concerns.
- Maintain organized records of all billing and payment transactions.

**Sales Support Duties**:

- Assist the sales team with order processing, client onboarding, and proposal preparation.
- Respond to client inquiries related to pricing, products, and order status.
- Help maintain customer accounts and CRM database (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Track and report sales metrics, performance data, and customer feedback.
- Support in developing quotes, sales reports, and sales presentations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in billing, sales support, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with invoicing software, CRM platforms, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
