**Job Summary**:The Billing and Sales Executive is responsible for managing the billing processes and driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of billing procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing**:
**Invoice Generation**: Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
**Billing Queries**: Address and resolve billing-related inquiries and discrepancies from customers.
**Billing Systems**: Utilize billing software and systems to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
**Payment Processing**: Monitor and facilitate timely payment collection, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
**Sales**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue potential sales leads through market research, networking, and collaboration with marketing teams.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
**Sales Presentations**: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of products or services.
**Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
**Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
**Collaboration**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
