**Role Overview**:
As an **Inside Sales Associate (Information Technology) - MBA with 3 to 5 yrs Exp in IT Sales/Pre-Sales**, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Cloud Control's offerings as the ideal solution. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Outreach**:
- Nurture and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Qualification**:
- Understand customer needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information about their requirements, budget, and decision-making process.
- **Presentations and Proposals**:
- Conduct product/service presentations via virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare tailored proposals for clients.
- **CRM Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead status and sales pipeline.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, addressing initial queries and building rapport.
- Schedule meetings or demos with senior sales team members for high-value opportunities.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential opportunities.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role. Experience in the tech industry or B2B sales is a plus.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Technical Aptitude**:
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps, or related technical concepts is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- **Tools**:
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
