Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associates who are passionate about learning, communication, and client engagement. This role starts with a 3-month training period designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to succeed in business development.
Stipend & Salary:
- Training Period (3 Months): ₹3,000 per month (Stipend)
- Post-Training (Full-Time Employment): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and institutions
- Promote Cokonet Academy's training programs and services
- Support lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication
- Maintain CRM records and assist the sales and marketing team
- Achieve weekly and monthly business targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
