Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associates who are passionate about learning, communication, and client engagement. This role starts with a 3-month training period designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to succeed in business development.

Stipend & Salary:

  • Training Period (3 Months): ₹3,000 per month (Stipend)
  • Post-Training (Full-Time Employment): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and institutions
  • Promote Cokonet Academy's training programs and services
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Maintain CRM records and assist the sales and marketing team
  • Achieve weekly and monthly business targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
