Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associates who are passionate about building a career in the EdTech industry learning, communication, and client engagement. This role starts with a 3-month training period designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to succeed in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on program offerings, career outcomes, and training benefits.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business generation.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve offerings and customer experience.

Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and learners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, freshers are welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools

Stipend & Salary:

Training Period (3 Months): ₹5,000 per month

Post-Training (Full-Time Employment): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
