**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Business Marketing & Coordination Executive with strong communication, coordination, and marketing skills to support business growth and ensure smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing & Business Development
- Identify and prospect new customers through outbound calls and online research.
- Prepare presentations, quotations, and samples for clients.
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal divisions for timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain customer accounts, billing, and inventory.
- Track and achieve assigned sales targets.

**Office & Coordination Responsibilities**
- Provide office coordination and secretarial support.
- Manage inter-department communication and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Conduct meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and maintain records.
- Support HR activities such as attendance, incentives, rewards, and recognition.
- Prepare tour bills, credit/debit notes, and reports.
- Coordinate with government agencies (Municipal, Labour Dept., DDA, FSSAI, DCD, Fire, Police, etc.) for regulatory compliance.
- Manage logistics, export documentation, office administration, inventory, and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Smart, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,352.52 - ₹30,338.62 per month
