**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the organization's business objectives.
- Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and assessing against ROI and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and web development to create compelling content and enhance user experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Develop visual designs for various projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, social media graphics, and website assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Corel Draw, Illustrator and Photoshop

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
