We are seeking a seasoned Digital Market to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital

marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective

performance marketing campaigns that drive tangible results for our clients and our in

house brands. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns

across a variety of digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), Facebook ads,

LinkedIn Ads and lead generation campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns that align with client

objectives and budget constraints
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and develop tailored

messaging
- Select and manage appropriate digital marketing channels for each campaign
- Create compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness
- Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive reports for clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital

agency setting
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing

campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEM, social media marketing, and display advertising

principles
- Expertise in using marketing automation tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe

Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
