Exciting opportunities has arisen at Certifications at Navi Mumbai & Tirupur, India for **JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - TC.**

As a **Junior Executive - TC **you will be responsible to serve client request for issue of accurate and timely Transaction Certifications. Applicants must have basic understanding of the Textiles and related processes.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Verification and review of documents
- Preparation of Transaction Certificates (TCs)
- Liaison with clients to ensure complete and correct documents are received to process the TCs
- Internal coordination within team
- External coordination - with clients
- Maintaining good relation with the clients
- Delegated tasks by manager (Certifier/ Program Manager)
- Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability
- Maintaining upto date files as per procedures
- Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to têxtiles

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in service industry
- Experience of Textiles and allied industries would be advantageous
- Working experience of client coordination, client service, document review
- Good command of English: in speech and in writing
- Good command of Hindi: in speech
- Fast learner with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with System/ Applications and MS Office (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
