Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to support our

understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work

accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing,

and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and ledgers.
- Support in accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in TAX, and other statutory filings.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Maintain and update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the finance team during audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and

complete.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for billing, payments, and finance-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Office Timing: 2.00 PM to 11:00 PM

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Taxation, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
