**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our hospital’s finance and accounts department. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, reconciliations, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare and accounting standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
- Prepare and update patient billing records, receipts, and payment details.
- Support in handling cash, bank deposits, and petty cash management.
- Assist in vendor invoice processing, staff reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Support monthly closing activities such as bank reconciliation and expense statements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance.
- Coordinate with the billing, pharmacy, and insurance teams for accurate data flow.
- Assist senior accountants and finance managers in preparing MIS reports.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel; knowledge of Tally/ERP is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hospital environment with confidentiality and integrity.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
