**Job Title**: Junior Accountant cum Admin

**Location**: LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd., Nerul, Navi Mumbai Branch Office

**Office Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year required

**Driving Requirement**: Must be able to drive a 4-wheeler, should have driving license

**Qualification**: Must hold Bcom degree minimum.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with tax filings and compliance

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Assist with HR functions, including maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment processes
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently

**Driving Duties**:

- Drive company vehicle for official errands and tasks as needed
- Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and in good condition

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a 4-wheeler
