WE ARE HIRING JUNIOR CLERK (JOB DESCRIPTION)
- Familiarity with common office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls, Filing and Documentation
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, database and basic accounting software
- Verbal communication for addressing other employees, parents, students and others in contacts
- Reception: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Organization and ability to multitask for filing and completing several clerical and administrative tasks at once
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, such as taking sufficiently detailed minutes and telephone messages
- Integrity and discretion when working in sensitive matters and accounts details
- Managing and entry of Accounts
- Should be able to complete the task on time
- Accept all work allotted by the competent HEAD.

Skills Required:

- Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to maintain and retrieve files, manage schedules, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, students, and visitors professionally.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
- Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Soft skills to be able to work in a team and co-ordinate well about each operations executed

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
