**Role Overview**

The Junior Architect supports the design, detailing, and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept to completion. The role combines creativity with technical accuracy and hands-on site understanding to ensure all design outcomes align with Studio Flowall’s quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS**

**1. Design**
- Conceptualize and develop architectural and interior design ideas.
- Create 3D models, visualizations, and presentation drawings.
- Support senior designers in refining and presenting concepts to clients.

**2. Details**
- Prepare working drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation.
- Develop area statements, BOQs, and specifications for materials and finishes.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure technical accuracy.

**3. Selection**
- Assist in material sourcing, vendor coordination, and obtaining quotations.
- Ensure selections align with design intent and client preferences.
- Support budgeting and procurement documentation.

**4. Site Supervision**
- Oversee site progress and verify design execution accuracy.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues in alignment with approved designs.
- Maintain adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
