**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage heat treatment operations, including hardening, tempering, annealing, and normalizing of metal components.
- Develop and implement heat treatment procedures according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor furnace settings, temperature, and time to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Train and manage a team of heat treatment operators and technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and ensure that all tools are functioning properly.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of heat treatment processes, quality control, and production output.
- Troubleshoot process or equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in heat treatment or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of heat treatment processes and metallurgy.
- Experience with operating and maintaining heat treatment furnaces and related equipment.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Metallurgy or a related technical field.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in heat treatment operations.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
