Location: - Ludhiana **Salary**: - 30 to 35k per month Qualification: - Btech Electrical Installation & maintenance of AC Drives. - Working Experience in a Heat Treatment plant. - Installation & maintenance of Star delta, DOL Starter & Electrical pannels. - PLC wiring & Programming...of Press machine, Hobbing machine, Broaching Machine & multispindle machine., Hydraulic Press and Pneumatic Press. - Attending the breakdown of relay, & PLC based panel and machine. - Maintain, daily, monthly, and yearly breakdown data. - Installation & commissioning of new machines and Retrofitting of old machines. - Work for PLC-based machines, new program setup & program editing. - Manpower handling and maintaining 5s, poka-yoka in the plant. - Preparation of work instructions for good work practices. - Coordination with different departments of the organization. - On job training to the technicians to increase their skill levels. - To prepare kaizens to give suggestions to management for improvement and cost saving. - New product indent which is required to reduce maintenance breakdowns on ERP soften. - Analyzes and nonconformance in machines and KAPA generation and submission. - Responsible for general & plant maintenance. - Cross check of work assigned to maintenance dept. - Maintaining yearly, half-yearly, monthly, and weekly checklists. - Maintain daily all department's Maintenance Work Reports. - Scheduling & update in preventive & periodic maintenance record. - Study the preventive schedule & assign the work to electricians or subordinates.
