**Position Overview**:
The **Heat Treatment Engineer** will be responsible for executing and monitoring heat treatment processes to ensure components meet desired mechanical properties, hardness, and quality specifications. The role requires strong technical knowledge, process discipline, and the ability to handle shift operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and achieve **daily production and quality targets**.
- Supervise and monitor **heat treatment processes** such as carburizing, tempering, quenching, and annealing.
- Ensure **parts meet customer specifications** and comply with quality standards.
- Conduct **process parameter checks** and maintain machine performance.
- Prepare and maintain **process documentation**, machine check sheets, and production reports.
- Analyze **process deviations** and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to **safety, environmental, and 5S standards** within the department.
- Coordinate with **maintenance, production, and quality teams** for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure effective **shift management and manpower utilization**.
- Use **MS Office and ERP systems** for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Familiar with **ISO/TS 16949 & IATF 16949** quality systems (preferred).
