**Salary**: up to 45 k/pm

**Job Role**
 Knowledge of Tool & Die Design
 Process designing through knowledge of Hot Forging process/ Material & Heat Treatment Process.
 Tool Design ( i.e. Forging, Trimming & coining Die, etc.) with consideration of theoretical aspects.
 Preparation of Technical Feasibility Reports and Costing of New Component.
 Preparation of APQP and PPAP documents ( like PFD,Control Plan,PFMEA,SPC & MSA etc )
 Responsible for cost reduction through Improvement Projects.
 Prepare & Review all process sheets to establish the process.
 Preparation of specification data sheet of New Product Development & Planning for New Development.
 Responsible for Process Development PSW approval from customers.
 Prepare pre-trial requirements and conduct the trial of new products and improvements to the existing product.
 Streamline the process after trials by proper documents to the end user.
 Control of all customer drawings, specifications, & standards and standardize engineering work.
 Responsible for Implementation of ISO/TS 16949
 Implementation of Engineering change note.
 Knowledge of GD& T of Drawing & 7QC tools.
 5S implementation and continuous improvement through Kaizen.
