**Sales and Marketing Executive**

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial multi-functional role within our dynamic real estate team. Combining sales support, customer relationship management, and market analysis, this position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads through various marketing channels including digital platforms, referrals, and networking
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients
- Maintain client database and follow up on leads and inquiries
- Create marketing materials including brochures, property listings, and promotional content
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Organize and participate in property exhibitions and marketing events
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management review
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sale support

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer preferences
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation processes

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
- Results-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Creative thinking for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English.

**Experience Required**:3-5 Years minimum

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
