**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Worker to join our Pune team. The Field Worker will be instrumental in implementing our programs, engaging with community members, and ensuring the successful execution of our initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct field visits to implement and monitor community programs.

Engage with community members to raise awareness about Spherule Foundation’s initiatives.

Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and events.

Collect and report data on program activities and outcomes.

Collaborate with local stakeholders and partners to ensure program success.

Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement based on field observations.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.

Prior experience in fieldwork or community engagement is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Marathi and English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.

Willingness to travel and work in various community settings.
