Sadguru Foundation, a pioneer in community welfare (NGO), is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This role is integral for social challenges. As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through strategic intervention and support.

  • Manage cases with precision and empathy.
  • Provide medical social work assistance social work services to support students' well-being.
  • Conduct case management and medical social work interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records to patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Execute crisis intervention strategies effectively.
  • Conduct psychosocial and documentation.
  • Offer crisis intervention and psychosocial assessments.
  • Coordinate resources and services for clients.
  • Apply counselling assessments to identify needs.
  • Coordinate resources and referrals for clients.
  • Apply counselling techniques aid client growth.
  • Uphold legal and techniques to facilitate client support.
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards in all interactions Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social ethical standards in practice.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Fresher with strong foundational knowledge.
  • Proficiency in psychosocial assessment and resource coordination.
  • Understanding of legal and ethical issues in social work. Work.
