Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Worker located in Lakhandur. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in the community, conducting assessments, and developing and implementing intervention plans. The role involves working closely with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate services and resources. The Social Worker will advocate for clients' needs, provide counseling, and connect clients with appropriate resources and services.
