**Profile Introduction:

As a Reservation Supervisor at our resort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless reservation processes, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the resort.

**Responsibility:

- **
- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and lead the reservation team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- **Reservation Management**:Oversee the daily reservation operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Guest Communication**:Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- **Inventory Management**:Manage room inventory and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of guest services.
- **Training and Development**:Conduct training sessions for reservation staff on reservation systems, customer service, and resort policies.

**Requirements**:

- Language: English, Hindi, Marathi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
