**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 5 years of experience in guest relations or related positions.
- Minimum experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems.

Join our vibrant team as a Guest Relations Officer at our luxurious hotel/resort, where hospitality meets excellence. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring unparalleled guest experiences and creating lasting memories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized recommendations and information about the hotel/resort amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and ensure a memorable experience for guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel/resort services, facilities, and promotions.

- Proven customer service experience with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with grace and composure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
