**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all reservation activities.
- Maintain accurate booking data in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy.
- Train and support reservation agents.
- Prepare reports and analyze booking trends for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in hotel reservations (supervisory role preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
