- **Event Coordination**: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events, coordinating logistics such as setup, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Track sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation, providing regular reports to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, catering, and event planning teams to develop promotional materials and packages.
- **Budget Management**: Assist clients with budget planning and provide cost-effective solutions to meet their requirements.
